Australian Baroque Table opens the sumptuous world of Australian seafood, from local Blue Swimmer Crab to Sydney Rock Oysters, Balmain Bug, and King Prawns. Inspired by the Baroque still life paintings of Jan Davidsz de Heem, this series embraces the transience of seafood and traces food rituals within an Australian context through contemporary still life photography.
