Play it by Ear

Sophie and Jane Witter are sisters. Sophie is a painter from Tasmania, who recently had a successful solo exhibition in Hobart, while Jane lives in Sydney and works with reclaimed textiles, but they share a vision about the importance of creativity and beauty in our everyday lives. Their exhibition “Play it by Ear”,  is a celebration of the feminine gaze and the struggle to carve art out of the demands of the domestic space.
