‘True to hART’ is the 28th annual exhibition from Balmain hART stART art studio at the Watch house. Come along and be treated with expressive artworks, rich in exploration of colour and texture. This exhibition is for people who enjoy paintings in modernist styles with strong emphasis on individual expression.

What has sustained hART stART studio for 29 years in Balmain is the hART stART method which leads members to make artistic decisions ‘from the heart’, hence the studio’s name. Personal growth and sincere friendships result from the honesty of this method. Through modernist methods, all members develop an individual style in an atmosphere of warm friendly support.
